Solution:

  1. Check you've connected your wallet

  2. Verify ShadowPay is enabled (toggle ON)

  3. Save configuration

Payment button not showing

Solution:

  1. Check button code is on product page

  2. Verify shop domain in URL is correct

  3. Clear browser cache

"Rate limit exceeded"

Solution: You've hit your tier's hourly limit.

  • T1: 10 payments/hour

  • T2: 100 payments/hour

  • T3: Unlimited

Upgrade by holding more $RADR!

Tier not updating after buying $RADR

Solution:

  1. Wait 30 seconds for blockchain confirmation
